I had been working in Beijing University of Technology, TongZhou College as an English Teacher for a half and two years. I have proven that I have the ability to impact knowledge in an effective way by sufficient teaching preparation, excellent ability of organizing classroom activities and humorous language skill. I have the ability to arise student's attention and interests which create better classroom behavior. I also have the capacity to present ideas and issues with authority. I have demonstrated to a high degree the initiative and the ability to priorities my own and others workloads efficiently.
I served as a full-time teacher teaching three classes. I use PPT in teaching to give students vivid situation in learning Chinese. I am skilled in creating active teaching and learning atmosphere in classrooms. I use different kinds of skills in teaching, such as pair work, group work, debate, role play and performance.
I have been working as a tutor for more than 5 years in teaching various Chinese courses and writing syllabus (given classes for beginning, intermediate and advanced students.) I often share the most updated knowledge in Chinese with the students and create a lively and easy environment to stimulate their interests in learning Chinese. I help students to develop a systematic study method.

I can not only achieve teaching objectives but also meet students' features. I have broad range of knowledge in Chinese language, with ability to develop and compile Chinese syllabus and materials according to customer's requirements. I am proven a good trouble shooter who enjoys challenges. And I can work under pressure. I am a quick learner, hard-working, reliable and dependable employee with bilingual tongue.
My mandarin is very native and excellent not only because am I born in Beijing with the most native and standard mandarin but also my love of Chinese language and literature.
